All recommendations and solutions provided by SRC are advisory in nature and must be independently reviewed, designed, and engineered by a licensed architect and/or engineer in accordance with applicable state, county, and local laws, regulations, and permitting requirements. Implementation of any recommendations may require permits, inspections, or approvals from the relevant authorities. The client is solely responsible for determining which recommendations are in their best interests and for engaging appropriately qualified professionals to design, engineer, and implement those recommendations.
